Hello everybody,
unfortunatly Kevin Devine has to cancel the rest of his European Tour due to a very serious medical situation at home in New York involving his father. We try to reschedule the tour as soon as possible! Here is Kevinīs statement:
My family and my friends are the only things I can think of that are more
important to me than playing music. So I am very, very sad to say I have to
cancel the last three shows of my German tour (Saarbrucken, Frankfurt, and
Koln) and the entirety of my UK tour due to a very serious medical situation
at home in New York involving my father. I hate cancelling shows and would
never even think twice about doing it if it wasn`t very serious and very
necessary. Thanks to everyone at Defiance, 2fortheRoad, Target, PAM Records
in Austria, and all the individual promoters for making this Miracle of 86
and Kevin Devine run so great. Two short messages: to the dude at Gleis 22,
I can`t find the cd you gave me to listen to. I`m sorry. I might have to
get another from you next time. And to Nadine from Munster and Koln, enjoy
the Koufax cd and sorry about giving you the empty Neutral Milk Hotel case.
I`ll get it back from you in the winter. I really want to come back to make
up these shows as soon as possible and I will work on doing that. Thank you
